We go to great lengths to make our customers happy but we haven't quite said it. So now we will, we have a %100 satisfaction guaranty. If you have an issue let us know we can usually be out in the next day or two to fix it.
However this does exclude, but not limited to, things out of our control. i.e weather, traffic, locked gates, and vehicles(or other items) in the way of doing our job safely for both our employees and your belongings.
If the HOA or city says you have an issue please ask what it is. There have been situations where the answer is not so obvious. i.e. a hedge barely two inches over a sidewalk(it has happened).
